As well as our ALC menu in the restaurant, we will be offering a special 5 course game menu in our Oak-Panelled Dining Room. Join us for an evening of incredible game dishes, created by our Head Chef Luke Mckenna.
Blackberry Bellini served with canapes;
Smoked duck with beetroot; Quail scotch egg with confit garlic aioli; Venison tartare with smoked chilli jam
Seared pigeon breast with wild mushroom & truffle risotto and port jus
Confit rabbit tortellini with consommé and caramelised shallot
Pan-fried loin of venison with spiced butternut squash puree, boulangère potato terrine & tenderstem broccoli
Chocolate fondant with salted caramel ice cream, praline and toasted hazelnuts
£60 per person, bookings taken 6pm-9
