BURNS NIGHT DINNER

Wed 25 January 23,  6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

As well as the A La Carte Menu in the Restaurant we are offering a special Burns Night dinner in the Dining Room, limited to just 40 guests.

 

Rusty Nail – whisky and Drambuie cocktail – with canapés

(And an alternative will be available for those who don’t drink whisky)

 

Cullen Skink with poached eggs

Gravadlax with dill, crème fraiche and capers

Haggis scotch egg with celeriac remoulade and watercress

 

Roast venison with pickled red cabbage, potato and oat cake, turnip fondant, whisky sauce

Chicken stuffed with haggis, wrapped in bacon, with curly kale and turnip mash

Oven-baked Scottish salmon with pearl barley risotto and broccoli

 

Raspberry cranachan trifle

Steamed ginger pudding with Drambuie custard

Scottish cheeses from Neal’s Yard Dairy, biscuits and quince jelly

 

Coffee or tea with chocolate truffles

 

£55 per person.

Bookings 6-9pm.

Just let us know any dietary issues when booking.

We will also offer a couple of whisky ‘flights’ as options to have with (or after) your meal.

If staying for dinner, bed and breakfasts, you may have this menu for (only) £10 pp extra.
