California Dreamin’ Fine Wine Dinner

Thu 28 November 24,  7:00 pm - 11:00 pm

California Dreamin’ Fine Wine Dinner

California is 1.7 times larger than the whole of the UK – so it’s no wonder that it is home to such diversity in winemaking. Since the regions’ winemaking origins when the first vines were planted in 1680 it has grown into a thriving industry showcasing many different grapes and styles of wine. Today, California accounts for 90% of the USA’s wine production. Home to over 6,000 growers and 4,200 wineries.

Nick Adams himself was working in California in the 1980’s as part of the key team of people introducing Californian wines to the UK market. This evening at The Old Bridge, hosted by Nick, is a fantastic opportunity to hear his first-hand experiences and expertise, as he guides you through a tutored tasting, showcasing a selection of grapes, regions and producers.
The evening will include wines from world class producers; Au Bon Climat, Ridge (Monte Bello & Lytton Springs), Sanford, Stag’s Leap (Cask 23), Turley.
