‘Call My Bluff’ Tasting And Dinner

Our ever-popular ‘blind’ tasting event! We will pour the wines and each offer a plausible explanation of what you may be tasting – you taste, and decide which of our answers you think is the right one!
Wines will consist of a sparkling and 2 whites before your starter; 2 reds before your main course;
and finally, a sweet wine.
Menu:
Served with plenty more wine of course
Fresh and roasted figs with goats’ cheese mousse, beetroot purée and honeycomb
Braised rib of beef with dauphinoise potatoes, char-grilled hispi cabbage and celeriac & horseradish remoulade
Vanilla panna cotta with fresh raspberries and raspberry sauce
