‘Call My Bluff’ Tasting & Dinner
Friday 2nd May, 7pm
Our ever-popular ‘blind’ tasting event! We will pour the wines and each offer a plausible explanation of what you may be tasting – you taste, and decide which of our answers you think is the right one!
Wines will consist of a sparkling and 2 whites before your starter; 2 reds before your main course; and finally, a sweet wine.
Menu: Served with plenty more wine
Cromer crab on sourdough toast with lime, avocado, chili and pickled cucumber
Pan-fried chicken breast with confit potato, char-grilled asparagus and mushroom & tarragon sauce
Mango and passionfruit pavlova with stem ginger ice cream
