The return of one of our most popular wine evenings. We will be showcasing the very best of sparkling wine – led by Nick Adams MW. We will be pouring 8 different styles of sparkling wine, including 4 Champagnes (one of which will be vintage) – and contrasting these with New World, English, Spanish, and Italian sparkling wines. Places are limited to 40 people, so please book early to avoid disappointment
Canapés; Polenta and prosciutto bites; grilled prawn with avocado and chicory; Isle of Mull cheddar
Slow cooked venison ragu with potato purée, roasted root vegetables, crispy pancetta and silver skin onions
Crème brûlée with blackberry sorbet
