CHAMPAGNE AND SPARKLING WINE DINNER

The return of one of our most popular wine evenings, we kick off the 2025 wine calendar with our annual Champagne and sparkling wine tasting and dinner. We will be showcasing the very best of sparkling wine – led by Nick Adams MW.
We will be pouring 8 different styles of sparkling wine, including four champagnes (one of which will be vintage) – and contrasting these with New World, English, Spanish, and Italian sparkling wines. Places are limited to 50 people, so please book early to secure you spot. Canapés with the tasting will be followed by main course and pudding, with plenty more wine of course.
Canapés;
Smoked salmon blini; Chorizo & Manchego Croquette; Pea & mint arancini;
Grilled prawn with avocado and chicory; Spiced hummus on char-grilled sourdough;
Slow cooked venison ragu with potato purée, roasted root vegetables, crispy pancetta and silverskin onions
Sticky toffee pudding with toffee sauce and clotted cream vanilla ice cream
