End of Season Game Dinner

END OF SEASON GAME DINNER

As well as our ALC menu in the restaurant, we will be offering a special 5 course game menu in our Oak-Panelled Dining Room to round of the Game season. Join us for an evening of incredible game dishes, created by our Head Chef Luke Mckenna.

Blackberry Bellini served with canapés;

Wild boar croquette with garlic aioli; Crispy rabbit wonton with piccalilli; Venison tartare with chilli jam

Venison carpaccio with aged parmesan and pickled vegetables

Partridge pithivier with roasted artichoke purée, crispy shallot and red wine jus

Roasted guineafowl breast with braised leg and potato croquette, sprouting broccoli & wild mushroom sauce

 

Caramelised passionfruit tart with passionfruit sorbet

 

£60 per person, bookings taken 6pm-9pm
