We invite you to join us for a very special fish supper to celebrate Good Friday. Head Chef Luke McKenna has created a menu showcasing the best fish our suppliers have to offer. This one is not to be missed and will sell out early.

Canapes: Sea trout mousse crostini; Smoked salmon blini with dill crème fraiche; Crab & chilli croquettes
Lobster and chive ravioli with langoustine bisque
Scallops in the shell with pea puree and crispy Parma ham
Pan-fried fillet of halibut with char-grilled Jersey royals, samphire, mussels and lemon & dill white wine cream and purple sprouting broccoli
Caramelised rhubarb tart with kiwi sorbet
Coffee with homemade chocolate truffles
£65.00 per person; or £89.50 with a glass of fine wine with each course
If staying on our dinner, bed and breakfast package, you may have this menu for an additional £25pp.
