As well as the A La Carte Menu in the Restaurant we are offering on this evening a special Indian dinner in our Oak Panelled Dining Room, limited to just 40 guests; created and cooked by our Head Chef, Pramod Jadhav.
Mango Bellini or Cardamom Gin & Tonic
Canapés: Pani Puri with tamarind reduction; Onion bhaji with coriander and apple chutney
Lamb seekh kebab with tomato foundo and mint yoghurt
Or: Goat milk paneer tikka with beetroot murabba
Or: Malabari prawns with chilli, mango and samphire
Chicken butter masala
Or: Mughlai karahi gosht
Or: Kerala style salmon tikka
All served with homemade breads, basmati rice with peas, poppadom with mango chutney
Chai crème brûlèe with citrus biscotti
Or: Rice kheer
Coffee or tea with Mysore pak
£55 per person – Bookings 6-9pm.
