Hot, dry and dangerous – so, how does Lebanon make such excellent wine? We are privileged to have one of the finest producers in the eastern Mediterranean coming to Huntingdon, to provide the answer!
Massaya Rosé, with canapés.
Massaya Blanc with: Hummus with pomegranate; Muhamarra; Moutabbal.
Three Massaya reds: Le Colombier, Terrasses de Baalbeck and ‘Cap Est’, with:
Cinnamon meatballs, Lebanese rice and fatoush salad.
Fig ice cream and tahini cookie.
